This experience, led by Susan Rae, opens up a potent meditative awareness of breath, deep listening and witnessing of sensations through longer, passive holds. Yin yoga emphasizes gently opening and benefiting deep tissues, ligaments, fascia, joints, and bones. It also works on the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves, and blood system. This class is geared to all levels of practitioners.
